Actually it is necessary to wait 60 seconds because it allows the CVI complex to form better. If you don't do that you will get a false negative and that's not good. If you leave it on too long you will get a false positive and that's not good either.

you don't have to wait the whole 60 seconds....as long as the crystal violet, iodine and safranin all get the same amount of time it'll be fine. I leave each step on for approx. 15 sec's without problems.

@Dolphin43 This is called a "dirty bleed." The main point of the full bleed is to remove dissolved gas (air) from the system. You can't see the gas normally, because it's not under negative pressure. Hurt's video here is extremely useful & reading the PDF is also highly useful. Once you've bled a few Juicy systems a few times you can do front and rear in about 15 minutes total. My LBS shop charges $45 per wheel for a full bleed! You've just earned $90+tax in 15 minutes of satisfying work.

You can get most of the air out using nothing more sophiticated than good old gravity.? First level off the BMC on the brake lever. Take the lid off the BMC and gently tap the caliper and tube to shift any air to the top. Gently squeezing the brake lever will work most of the bubbles out into the BMC reservoir, where they can left to rise to the surface. Top up the BMC with new fluid, refit the lid and catch the fluid that is squeezed out with a cloth. Wash down & jobs a good'un!

They are a lot powerfull than mechanical brakes ,dirt on the cables isn't an issue (because they don't have cables) and they self center to the rotor so you have fewer chances to bend the disc. Also, often times hydros are more precise than mechs, in other words they have more modulation, and if you get the high end carbon lever/master cylinder ones they are also lighter. Sorry for the bad english, and I hope that this helped you.

I recommend to travel to Cuba or to Guatemala for gall bladder treatment. It was cheap for me. Doctors in this countries are more advanced. I had mine removed Moday (today is Friday). I'm all ready weening myself to half a dose of my pain killers and I put in half a day of work today. Some people go back a couple days later, some people a week later. The procedure itself was painless though as you're under a general anesthesia.

This was much better than trying to read how to do this in the manual. Once you've go the right equipment (i.e. Proper fitting spanner and bleed fitting) , it's actually not that difficult to do. Yes you could go and get it repaired professionally but you may have to wait weeks ... Thanks Andy!

As a substitute for the compression fitting, I used a ziptie and it worked well. Zip tie the hose, place the hose over the bleed screw, then pull the zip tie as tight as you can. Then just to make sure it's holding the hose on the bleed screw tight, slide the zip tie back up the hose right above the bleed screw, then pull it one more "click," then compress it back down over top of the hose and bleed screw to ensure the tightest fit. It holds very well and no spillage.

OK- I just used a standard 1/4" brass compression bushing from Lowes. I had to dremel it out a bit to fit on the bleed fitting. To really get it locked onto the fitting, use some pliers and twist it on down. The hose would still pop off my syringe and spray brake fluid everywhere. The 6mm box wrench was a real bitch to find- especially if you don't want to buy a whole set, which I wound up having to do.

pectus excavatum is when ur chest is sunkin in and the chest stick out is chest carnitum but u do not need surgery if u have excavatum first surgery is dangerous , scary , and costs alot but u can do pectus excavatum "repair" its when u exercise and its really better then surgery pm me if u wana talk about it cause surgery is basically a last resort
